Dillon I. has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Movement Operator in the NZ Army from June 2012 to December 2012. Following this, they joined Bank of New Zealand as a Senior Treasury Analyst from October 2018 to October 2021, where they had significant capital markets expertise and engaged with regulatory and ratings agencies. Dillon's most recent position is the Group Head of Funding and Liquidity at Harmoney since October 2021. In this role, they oversee bond issuances, manage the interest rate risk strategy, optimize the group's cost of funds, and run the liquidity desk. Additionally, Dillon also holds the position of Treasurer at Auckland Disability Law since May 2018, where they handle financing duties for the not-for-profit organization.

Dillon I. attended Massey University from 2013 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Economics. Later on, in May 2020, they became a member of the Institute of Directors in New Zealand.
