Harmonic Pain Solutions is the healthcare unit of Pain Care Labs, industry pioneer in clinically proven M-Stim® multi-modal pain relief. HPS' NIH-funded device platform canceled spine and extremity pain 3.4x better than electrical solutions (TENS) in clinical trials using an array of patented vibration frequencies. DuoTherm™’s harmonic M-Stim therapy cycles target spine, nerve roots, and muscle pain with heat, cooling, and acupressure options. The pilot showed a 57% pain reduction for both acute and chronic pain after 20 minute use. Prolonged use resulted in reduced medication use. Harmonic’s pivotal NIH trials in acute and chronic low back pain treated with DuoTherm v. 8 channel TENS completed enrollment 12/29/2023. The company expects the outcomes to position the technology to be the first covered and indicated for opioid-reduction in addition to pain relief. Wearable external neuromodulation with opioid-reducing indications will disrupt the spine and bracing industry. Parent company PCL has won numerous industry awards, including the Medical Design Excellence Award and the SBA TIBBETS Award for SBIR Significant Economic and Social Impact, joining other notable recipients like 2016’s winner 23andMe. Our certified Women Owned Small Business stands behind our science, our mission, our values, and all our products.
