Alex Greenfeld

Alex Greenfeld is a Senior Software QA Engineer at Harmonic, with a tenure starting in March 2022. From May 2014 to March 2022, Alex worked at Kaltura as a QA Engineer, focusing on the web player core testing. Prior experience includes serving as a QA Engineer at RADVISION between January 2007 and January 2014, where Alex contributed to the full development life-cycle and created Software Test Plan and Software Test Description documents. Alex began professional career in customer support at Bezeq from January 2004 to January 2007, specifically providing assistance to ADSL customers. Alex holds a Bachelor's Degree in Science, focusing on Computer Science and Mathematics, and an Engineer's Degree in Computer Software Engineering, both obtained from The Open University of Israel, alongside an Aircraft Technician qualification from the Military Aviation School in Ukraine.
