Andrew O'Dell has extensive experience in customer experience and technical support within the technology and broadcasting industries. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Customer Experience at Harmonic since June 2014, Andrew is responsible for overseeing global SaaS implementation and customer success teams, managing over 150 personnel worldwide. Prior roles at Harmonic included Vice President of Global SaaS Services and various director-level positions focused on support delivery and customer management. Andrew's previous experience includes service delivery management at Ericsson and broadcast operations management at Arqiva, along with a foundational background in conditional access systems. Andrew holds a BSc in Media Technology from Farnborough College of Technology.
