Chonna Lawrence

Chonna Lawrence has extensive experience in customer service, sales administration, and supply chain management, currently serving as SLA Manager and Customer Advocate Buyer/Planner at Harmonic since January 2008. Responsibilities include processing domestic and international customer orders, collaborating with various departments to ensure timely fulfillment, and managing the transition of the Rhozet Business Unit to standard processes.
