Dan Fis

Dan Fis is an experienced operations and engineering professional with a strong background in managing multidisciplinary teams and complex projects. Currently serving as the Director of Operations Engineering at Harmonic since June 2019, Dan previously held roles including Engineering Manager at Nova Measuring Instruments, Operations Manager at Consumer Physics, Inc., and Engineering & QC Manager at Friendly Robotics. With expertise in establishing engineering departments, overseeing production processes, and managing substantial budgets, Dan has successfully led various initiatives in companies such as 3M Attenti and Alvarion, where notable achievements include the establishment of production sites and execution of operational projects. Dan holds an MBA from The College of Management Academic Studies and a Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Electric Engineering from Ariel University.
