Frederic Raoult

Frederic Raoult is an experienced engineering and research leader currently serving as Vice President of Rennes R&D at Harmonic Inc. since January 2019 and as Research and Development Director at Harmonic since March 2016. Frederic has extensive background in managing engineering teams and projects, previously holding the position of Director of Engineering at Thomson Video Networks, where responsibilities included the development of Broadcast Head End Products for Audio Video compression and Transport. Prior to that, Frederic was the Core Development Group General Manager at Thomson R&D France (Technicolor), overseeing a global R&D group for set-top box development. Frederic's earlier roles include R&D Director at Tcl-Alcatel Mobile Phones and Project Manager at Alcatel Lucent. Frederic holds a Master's degree in Electronics and Automation Sciences from the University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology and completed a program at ESSEC Business School in 2002.
