Helen Lau

Helen Lau is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales operations and business process improvement across various companies. Currently serving as Senior Sales Operation Manager for APAC and EMEA Video Group at Harmonic since October 2014, Helen manages order processing and fulfillment for the Asia Pacific regions, oversees a team of two staff, and provides strategic insights for operational efficiency.
