Javier Gutierrez

Javier Gutierrez is a Network Design and Integration Engineer with extensive experience in ISP network design and R-PHY systems. Over the past six years, they have transitioned from working primarily with switches and routing to implementing complex network architectures, including migrating DOCSIS 3.1 HFC infrastructure to Cable OS R-PHY systems and developing fiber-to-the-home solutions. Javier graduated with a diploma in Network Administration from Assiniboine Community College, where they earned Cisco's CCNA Routing and Switching certification and received accolades in the Skills Manitoba competition, achieving both silver and gold medals. They currently serve as a Network Architect at Westman Communications Group and previously held roles at Harmonic and other companies in network administration and technical support.
