John Kearney

John Kearney has extensive experience in technical support and engineering, currently serving as the Director of Global Tier 2 Technical Support at Harmonic since 2000, where oversight includes a variety of digital video compression products and edge QAM technologies. Kearney previously held the position of Director of Customer Support for the Americas at Harmonic, leading customer support operations. Earlier roles include Manager of Sustaining Engineering at Sony Electronics, Senior Project Manager at Precision Echo Inc., and Manager of the Format Research Group at Ampex Data Systems Corporation. Kearney holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Davis.
