Ronen Katav serves as Vice President of Core Software, Edge, and Access at Harmonic, leading global teams in the development of next-generation products since April 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Head of R&D for the Optima Business Unit and Head of Customization & Localization Unit at Amdocs, overseeing significant product development and managing teams of over 350 members. At Comverse, Ronen held the position of Head of R&D for the Kenan Business Unit, where a successful SW house was built, and held various engineering roles at Verint, Methoda, and Airslide. Ronen holds an MBA in Marketing from Manchester University and a degree in Electronic Engineering specializing in communication and computers from Ariael College.
