Stephen Crusoe

Stephen Crusoe is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the telecommunications and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Staff Field Service Engineer at Harmonic since March 2022, Stephen has also been the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of VR TriggerWalk since January 2019, focusing on developing a platform to aid clients in understanding their triggers for recovery. Prior experience includes a role in Technical Operations & Activations at SRI Telecom, where Stephen operated as a business partner for Comcast Cable from May 2020 to December 2021. During a long tenure at Comcast Cable, spanning from 1998 to 2020, Stephen held various positions including Engineer for advanced services and Headend Tech/Data Engineer, showcasing expertise in CCAP VOD, CHSI, and advanced service operations across multiple counties. Earlier in the career, Stephen contributed to the construction of cable TV plants at Viacom from 1994 to 1998. Stephen's educational background includes studies at Santa Rosa Junior College.
