Troy Hamilton

Troy Hamilton is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and technical support roles in the broadcast and satellite communications industries. Currently serving as a Senior Field Service Engineer at Harmonic since May 2021, Troy provides customer field support, engineering services, system installations, and upgrades. Previously, as a Senior Technical Support Specialist at The Wellness Network, Troy facilitated the delivery of video and advertising content to hospitals and medical centers. Troy's long tenure at WEGENER included roles such as Systems Test Manager and Program Manager, focusing on customer acceptance tests, sales support, and system specifications. Earlier experience includes positions at PanAmSat, Georgia Public Broadcasting, and Quality Control Electric, where Troy gained expertise in satellite operations, broadcast engineering, and electrical contracting. Troy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from Georgia Southern University.
