Victoria Lutsenko

Victoria Lutsenko is an experienced system testing team leader and Scrum Master with a strong background in Agile methodologies and software development. Currently at Harmonic since January 2021, Victoria previously served as a Scrum Master and security lead engineer at AVAYA Israel from September 2005 to January 2021, where leadership included the management of cross-functional teams and development cycles for cloud-based projects. Victoria has a proven track record in quality assurance, managing teams, and implementing testing strategies, having also held positions at RAD Data Communications and Alcatel Telecom, focusing on testing and QA in telecommunications. Victoria holds an M.Sc. in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from the Telecommunication Academy in Kiev.
