Michael Erps

Michael Erps has worked in a variety of roles since 1998. Michael began their career as a Stock Clerk at Fareway Stores, Inc. in 1998. In 2001, they became a Computer Salesman at Best Buy. In 2003, they were a PC Tech at ULCIS - University of Iowa, where they provided support for 200 computers and 250 staff members, developed high-security configuration for Windows XP, and successfully transitioned systems from a workgroup into a domain environment. In 2004, they became the Owner / Lead Tech at Solid Systems, Inc., where they managed finances, taxes and payroll, hired and trained 15 staff members across three locations, and grew the company from inception to three locations. In 2011, they joined SRA International as a Desktop Engineer, providing support to Windows 7 desktops and laptops, supporting IE9, Java, MS Office 2010, and other COTS and in-house applications. Finally, in 2015, they became the Director Of Engineering at Harmonics Consulting.

Michael Erps obtained a B.S.E in Industrial Engineering from the University of Iowa between 2001 and 2005. In December 2012, they obtained a PMP certification from the PMI.
