Dave Messina

Dave Messina is a seasoned professional in the health and biotechnology sectors, currently serving as General Partner at Pioneer Fund, where leadership of the Future of Health Fund focuses on impactful investments in healthcare startups. With a background that includes advisory roles at organizations such as Geneoscopy and the American Cancer Society, as well as significant operational leadership as Founder and Chief Operating Officer at Cofactor Genomics, Dave has a robust history of guiding biotechnology initiatives. Previous experience includes serving on the Board of Trustees at Thomas Jefferson School and multiple roles at Cofactor Genomics, including Chief Operating Officer and Director of Analysis.
