The heart of Harmony Haven:
At Harmony Haven, we believe that understanding is the first step toward healing, empowerment, and connection. Whether you’re navigating a recent diagnosis, coming to terms with a late discovery, or supporting a loved one through their own journey, you are not alone.

We offer compassionate counselling services tailored to individuals, couples, and families. Our professionals provide a safe, affirming space to process emotions, explore identity, strengthen relationships, and build resilience. Whether you’re seeking clarity after a diagnosis, navigating change within your family, or needing guidance as a caregiver, we are here to walk with you.
Understanding doesn’t end at insight, it also means recognizing the need for rest, relief, and sustainable support. That’s why Harmony Haven also offers private respite services for individuals with disabilities. Our respite care is personalized, respectful, and designed to give both caregivers and individuals a chance to recharge in a nurturing environment. Whether it’s a few hours or a longer break, we provide peace of mind, knowing your loved one is in capable, compassionate hands.

These services are offered in person in the Russell/Embrun, Ottawa, Ontario area, and virtually across the province of Ontario.

At Harmony Haven, strength is shared, care is intentional, and no journey is walked alone.
