Soroush J. Pour is the Co-founder and CEO of Harmony Intelligence, an AI safety research and engineering company focused on developing critical safety infrastructure for advanced AI systems. Pour's experience includes serving as a Member of the Board of Directors at Ripe Robotics, which specializes in fruit-picking robots, and undertaking a sabbatical dedicated to AI safety and alignment. Prior roles include Special Projects and Head of Technology at Vow, where efforts centered on cultured meat, as well as founding Synbio Automation to enhance biotech workflows. Soroush has a strong background in software engineering and management from positions held at Plaid, Fireplace Labs, and WealthLift, alongside independent research in alternative proteins. Education includes a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Duke University and participation in the ARENA Alignment Research Engineer Accelerator.
