Harmony Ios is a destination restaurant, cocktail bar, wedding venue, and events space overlooking Mylopotas Beach in Greece. For 32 years, Harmony has been a home for travellers, musicians, wedding couples, and seasonal staff from around the world.
Our purpose: To create meaningful, joy-filled experiences through food, music, culture, and community.

Our team delivers unforgettable experiences — from sunset dining and live music to weddings, hens days, outside catering, and private events across the island.

We also hire globally for our summer season (May–October), welcoming talented chefs, bartenders, front-of-house staff, content creators, videographers, and hospitality professionals who want to live and work in paradise.

Harmony Ios is expanding into retreats, off-site events, and creative partnerships, including a 2025 documentary production capturing our iconic history.
