Justin Smith

Justin Smith is a highly experienced technologist and engineering leader with a strong background in software development, user experience, and architecture. Currently serving as the Lead Technologist at animal, ltd. and the Director of Engineering at Harmony Labs, Justin has effectively managed teams while enhancing front-end development and UX/UI design, particularly through a React application at Wisr, Inc. Previous roles include Manager of User Experience Development at thunder::tech, where Justin established user experience processes, along with experience as a Multi-Media Developer at Sanctuary Software Studio, Inc. and architectural internships. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Kent State University.
