Harmony Social Services, PLLC is a Texas-based, trauma-informed practice dedicated to supporting individuals, families, and communities when stability feels out of reach.

We specialize in meeting people where they are—literally and emotionally. Our services extend beyond traditional office-based therapy to include in-home assessments, crisis support, and systems-based interventions that identify what is often missed in outpatient care.

Founded by Nichole McDaniel, LCSW, a military veteran and doctoral candidate in social work, Harmony Social Services was built on the belief that care should be both clinically sound and deeply human. Our work is rooted in trauma-informed principles, ethical practice, and a commitment to serving those who often fall through the cracks—including veterans, high-risk families, and individuals facing complex life circumstances.
