Anna Comunale

Anna Comunale has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Anna most recently worked as the Director of Talent Acquisition Operations & Enablement at HarmonyCares, starting in 2022. Prior to that, from 2019 to 2022, Anna held various roles at Optum, including Recruiting Operations Manager and Senior Analyst in Talent Acquisition Strategy & Operations. There, they focused on improving internal mobility, evaluating technology and processes, troubleshooting systems, and supporting merger and acquisition activities. Before Optum, Anna served as an Advanced Practitioner Recruiter at MedExpress from 2016 to 2019, where they recruited Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants. Anna also has experience at UPMC, where they held positions as an Intra-dept transfer to Employment Specialist, an Employment Specialist in WorkSource, a Researcher in Talent Acquisition, and a Talent Acquisition Assistant.
