Ericka Small is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse and motivational speaker who has dedicated their career to empowering others. Having been born and raised in Ft. Myers, Florida, Ericka overcame significant challenges, including becoming a mother at the age of 16. They hold an Associate of Science in Nursing from Edison State College, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Nova Southeastern University, and a Master's Degree in Nursing from South University. Currently, Ericka serves as an Advanced Practice Nurse at HarmonyCares and practices chronic care management, while also inspiring individuals through motivational speaking engagements with Reka Lashawn LLC. Prior experience includes a long tenure as a Nurse Practitioner at Lee Memorial Health System, as well as serving as a clinical instructor.
