Jay Moore

Jay Moore is an experienced finance leader with a robust background in healthcare financial management. Currently serving as Vice President of FP&A at HarmonyCares since March 2025, Jay has previously held significant roles including Director/Vice President of Finance at ArchWell Health, where responsibilities included leading the annual budget process and financial reporting, and as Director/Senior Director of Operational Analysis at Corizon Health, managing a team focused on labor and medical spending analysis. With a long tenure at Sharecare, Jay held various positions culminating in Vice President roles overseeing financial functions for the Health Plan Market. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Health Care Administration/Management from Belmont University and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Vanderbilt University.
