Jay Moore

Jay Moore serves as the Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis at HarmonyCares since March 2025, following a role as Director/Vice President of Finance at ArchWell Health. At ArchWell Health, Moore led the annual budget process and developed essential reporting packages for senior management while acting as the financial liaison between the field and corporate. Prior experience includes positions at Corizon Health as Director/Senior Director of Operational Analysis, managing a team focused on labor and medical spend analysis, and extensive tenure at Sharecare where responsibilities spanned financial functions for the Health Plan Market and Call Center Operations. An MBA in Health Care Administration from Belmont University and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Vanderbilt University complement Moore’s extensive experience in finance and operational management within the healthcare sector.
