Mitchel Todd

Mitchel Todd, MSW, LMSW, LCSW, is the Executive Director of Medical Group Operations at HarmonyCares, where they lead healthcare initiatives and operational strategies. Previously, they managed significant projects at Albany Medical Center, including a multimillion-dollar EHR implementation involving 147 team members. Mitchel also served as a manager in case management and social work, effectively reducing staff turnover and increasing employee engagement. With over nine years of experience as an adjunct professor, they contributed to the education of future social workers at multiple universities. Mitchel holds degrees in Communication Studies and Psychology from the University of Montana and a Master's in Social Work from the University of Denver.
