Mark Spinelli

Mark Spinelli is a seasoned patent agent with extensive experience in semiconductor design and manufacturing. At Harness, Dickey & Pierce P.L.C. since August 2016, Mark has been involved in preparing and prosecuting patent applications within high-technology industries. Previously, Mark served as a Senior Device Engineer at Micron Technology from September 2009 to July 2016, focusing on CMOS performance for 45nm SDRAM. Earlier roles include Senior Consulting Engineer at PDF Solutions, where Mark consulted at Chartered Semiconductor in Singapore, and positions at Micron Technology and Dominion Semiconductor as a Product, Yield and Test Engineer, and Yield Engineer, respectively. Mark holds a Master of Science in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech.
