Christopher Ham

Christopher Ham has a diverse work experience starting from 2008 to present. Christopher'smost recent position is as the Head of Engineering Operations at Harness, where they have been working since 2022. Prior to that, they held the same role at Curinos from 2019 to 2022. Additionally, at Curinos, they also served as the Manager - Treasury Advisory from 2017 to 2019.

Before joining Curinos, Christopher worked at Capital One from 2014 to 2017. There, they held the positions of Senior Associate, Balance Sheet Analytics & Modeling and Senior Financial Analyst for Technology Operations. In these roles, they were responsible for cash flow engine setup and data feeds for various liquidity models as well as financial analysis for technology operations.

Prior to their experience in the finance industry, Christopher worked at the Office of Naval Intelligence - Maritime Counter-proliferation Division from 2012 to 2013 as an All-Source Analyst. In this role, they developed a database/interface in VBA/Access for organizing data and published classified intelligence products.

Christopher also has military experience, serving as an Assistant Officer-in-Charge in the US Navy Reserve from 2011 to 2012. Christopher also worked as a Third Officer at Exmar in 2008, where they were responsible for navigating and overseeing a 35-man crew.

Overall, Christopher has a strong background in engineering operations, finance, and intelligence analysis, and has showcased their leadership skills in various roles throughout their career.

Christopher Ham's education history includes a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marine Transportation from Massachusetts Maritime Academy. Christopher also pursued further education and obtained a Masters of Finance degree from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business. Additionally, they hold a certification as a Financial Risk Manager (FRM®) from the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP).
