Deep Sengupta

Deep Sengupta has over 15 years of work experience in the technology industry. Deep currently serves as a Principal Software Engineer at Harness since August 2022. Prior to this, Deep worked at HARMAN India as a Principal Engineer from October 2017 to August 2022, where they designed cloud native application architecture and multi-platform deployment using docker and Kubernetes. Before that, they worked at HARMAN International as a Technical Lead from August 2013 to June 2017, where they were responsible for release planning and designing non-device specific app architecture. Deep also worked at GE Oil & Gas as a Lead Software Engineer for a brief period in 2013, where they designed pluggable architecture for the System1 platform. Deep started their career at Wipro Technologies as a Project Engineer in 2007, working on Microsoft communication protocol validation. Overall, Deep has demonstrated expertise in software engineering, architecture design, and project management.

Deep Sengupta completed their 10th grade at DAV Sawang from 1989 to 2001. Following that, they attended DAV Kathara from 2001 to 2003 and obtained their SSC degree with a field of study in Eco-Science (Physics, Chemistry, Math, English, Economics). Finally, from 2003 to 2007, Deep Sengupta pursued a B.Tech degree in Electronics and Instrumentation at the National Institute Of Science and Technology.
