Hen Amar

Hen Amar has a diverse work experience spanning over 14 years. In their most recent role at Harness, they hold the position of Senior Engineering Manager - Hands on, starting in November 2021. Prior to that, at OverOps, they served as an Engineering Manager from February 2021 to November 2021. They also held the role of Hands on - R&D Team Leader from April 2017 to February 2021 and worked as a Sr Software Engineer from February 2014 to March 2017. Before joining OverOps, Hen worked at Check Point Software Technologies as a Software Developer from December 2011 to February 2014, where they specialized in developing and implementing software for "Threat Emulation" Blade. Prior to that, they gained experience as a Software Developer at IAI from December 2009 to December 2011, focusing on real-time embedded software development and implementation of algorithms. Their early career included a role as a Project Integrator at Transtech Control from December 2007 to February 2009.

Hen Amar studied at Tel Aviv University for both their Bachelor of Science (BS.c) and Master of Science (M.Sc.) degrees in Computer Science. They completed their Bachelor's degree from 2008 to 2011 and achieved a GPA of 92. Later on, they pursued their Master's degree from 2013 to 2016.
