James Conroy is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in enterprise account management and strategic sales across various technology firms. Currently serving as a Senior Enterprise Account Executive at Harness since September 2025, James previously excelled at Braze as a Senior Account Executive, achieving notable milestones including being part of the inaugural President’s Club and consistently exceeding sales targets. James also contributed to Amplitude Analytics, SimilarWeb, and Chango, gaining expertise in product analytics, digital measurement, and programmatic advertising. An entrepreneur and co-founder of Active Movement & Performance/Synergy Fitness Clubs, James began a successful career in sales at First Fidelity Mortgage Group. James holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Rhetoric from the University at Albany.
