Joyce Chang

Joyce Chang is a Lead Corporate Counsel with extensive experience in corporate law, currently holding a senior position at Harness. Previously, Chang worked as Senior Corporate Counsel at Recharge and served as a Corporate Associate at Cooley LLP from 2017 to 2021. Chang began their legal career as a Legal Assistant at ComputerLaw Group LLP and has held various roles in academic and professional settings, including Research Assistant at UC Berkeley and inspiring impact law fellow at Inspiring Capital. Currently, Chang is pursuing a Doctor of Law at New York University School of Law, along with a B.A. in History and Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley, and study at the University of Cambridge.
