Luan Lam the Harness Chief People Officer, where he is responsible for all People Strategies and Operations.
In his most recent position at AppDynamics, he led the Talent Acquisition & Operations function where he was instrumental in scaling the company from 150 to almost 2,000 employees globally. He is also a talent advisor to Unusual Ventures.
Previously, Luan has served as an advisor for companies like PlanGrid, Headhunter.io, and 8×8 Inc. Luan holds a degree in International Relations from the University of California, Davis. He has written articles on the “War for Talent;” and has been featured in several publications including Forbes, The Wall Street Journal, The Guardian, and San Francisco Business Times, specifically on the art and science behind recruiting.
