Mark Bubien is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales engineering and solutions consulting, currently serving as Senior Director, Sales Engineering - EMEA at Harness since January 2025. Prior to this role, Mark held the position of Director, Solutions Consulting at ComplyAdvantage, leading a global team focused on enhancing the financial system's integrity. Mark’s earlier experience includes significant roles at Instabase as Sales Engineering Director for EMEA, and at AppDynamics where responsibilities included building and managing a high-performing sales engineering team across the UK and Ireland. Mark began his career as a Software Engineer at Laverock Von Schoultz Ltd. and holds a First-Class BSc in Computer Science from the University of Hertfordshire.
