Naresh Agarwal is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in engineering and application security. Currently serving as SVP & Head of Engineering for the Application Security Platform at Harness since March 2025, Naresh is spearheading the development of an AI-based DevSecOps and "Code-to-Cloud" Security Platform for Fortune 1000 companies. Naresh’s previous roles include SVP & Head of Engineering at Traceable AI, where a leading API Security product was built and scaled, and VP Engineering at AppDynamics, where a global R&D team was effectively managed. With a strong focus on responsible AI systems, Naresh also contributes as a startup investor and mentor for top startups and incubators across the US and India. Educational credentials include a B.Tech and M.Tech in Computers from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
