André McKenzie

André McKenzie is an Attorney-at-Law admitted in the British Virgin Islands, Saint Lucia, and Jamaica, specializing in offshore commercial litigation, insolvency and restructuring, civil fraud, asset recovery, shareholder disputes, and contentious regulatory matters. They began their legal career as a Judicial Intern at the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court in 2016, before serving as a Judicial Assistant at the Supreme Court and a Legal Intern at the Attorney General's Chambers. From 2017 to 2021, André worked as an Associate Attorney at Floissac Fleming & Associates, followed by roles at Harneys, where they progressed from Associate to Senior Associate before becoming Counsel in 2026. They hold a Legal Education Certificate from the Norman Manley Law School and two Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degrees from The University of the West Indies.
