Ben Hobden

Ben Hobden currently serves as Co-Head of Cayman Islands Litigation, Insolvency & Restructuring and Partner at Harneys, a position held since September 2023. Prior to this role, Ben was a Partner at Forbes Hare from January 2022 to August 2023 and at Conyers from April 2012 to January 2022. Earlier career experience includes a position as Senior Solicitor at Andrew Jackson from September 2008 to April 2012, and as Solicitor prior to that. Ben holds a Law degree from the University of Hull (2002-2005) and completed further legal studies at The University of Law (2005-2006).
