Dana Griffith

Dana Griffith is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in change management and training across various organizations. Currently serving as the Founder and Property Home Stager at The Griff Edit since February 2025, Dana specializes in preparing homes for sale with a focus on enhancing appeal and minimizing stress. At Harneys, as the Organisational Readiness Workstream Lead since October 2023, Dana oversees change management, communications, and IT training for pivotal transformational initiatives.
