George Weston

George Weston is a Partner and Global Head of Corporate at Harneys, where they advise on all aspects of corporate and commercial law involving BVI and offshore vehicles, including mergers and acquisitions and private equity investments. They lead the BVI Transactional Team and the Hotel, Hospitality, and Leisure sector group, and are recognized by Chambers & Partners, the Legal 500, and the IFLR for their expertise. Additionally, George serves as the Chair of BVI Finance, a public-private partnership advocating for the BVI financial services industry. They began their career at Paul Hastings, working on high-profile cross-border transactions and have a strong academic background, holding a GDL and an LPC with commendation and distinction, respectively.
