Henry Mander

Henry Mander is a seasoned trust practitioner currently serving as the global head of Trusts and Private Wealth at Harneys, with over 20 years of experience in the international private client industry. They are recognized in the top band for private client/trusts by Legal 500 and Chambers High Net Worth, and advise both private and institutional clients on Cayman and BVI trust law. Henry has extensive expertise in complex international trusts and succession planning, particularly utilizing STAR and VISTA trusts for clients in emerging markets. Before joining Harneys in 2011, they practiced at reputable London firms Boodle Hatfield and Farrer & Co, and Henry is also an active member of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners (STEP). They hold a degree from the University of Oxford and have been involved as an expert witness in various international trust proceedings.
