James Eggleton

James Eggleton is currently a Partner at Harneys, specializing in Litigation & Insolvency and Restructuring practice groups. They have held various roles, including Senior Associate and Associate at Harneys, and have experience as Legal Counsel at RBS and Deutsche Bank. Previously, James completed their training as a solicitor at Balfour Beatty and Barclays, with additional experience at Berwin Leighton Paisner and Dentons. They hold a BA in German and Spanish from the University of Oxford and became an INSOL Fellow after completing the Global Insolvency Practice Course.
