Paula Kay is a legal professional with extensive experience in litigation, currently serving as the Head of Litigation for Asia at Harneys since July 2015, where responsibilities include handling offshore litigation involving shareholder disputes, insolvency, and restructuring. Prior to this role, Paula worked at Kennedys from August 2007 to December 2010, specializing in insurance litigation and defending professional negligence claims against various professionals, and also held a similar position at Plexus Law in 2006-2007. Paula started her legal career at DLA Phillips Fox from 2004 to 2006. Paula holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Business (Accountancy) from QUT and a Diploma of Practical Legal Education and Training from The University of Queensland.
