Francesca Harris

Francesca Harris is a Global Human Resources Manager at Harnham, with extensive experience in employee relations, recruitment, training, and compliance with local employment laws across multiple countries including the UK, USA, and the Netherlands. Francesca has a proven track record in managing HR strategies, enhancing organizational culture, and mentoring managers to address personnel issues effectively. Prior to Harnham, Francesca served as Head of Human Resources at McAuliffe Group, where responsibilities included developing company policies, managing the entire employee lifecycle, and implementing a cloud-based HR system. Francesca's educational background includes a Level 5 Diploma in Human Resource Management from the CIPD and a Bachelor's Degree in Classical Literature & Civilisation and Philosophy from the University of Birmingham. Currently, Francesca is pursuing an MSc in Organizational Psychology at Birkbeck, University of London.
