Harper is an AI recruitment marketplace designed to connect early-stage AI startups and portfolios of YC and top-tier investors with elite AI Researchers, Machine Learning Engineers, and specialized PMs and PDs. We streamline the candidate search process, cutting through the noise to deliver precision matching for your technical team.

Traditional hiring relies on static resumes that fail to capture the true depth of an engineer's technical capabilities. Harper goes beyond surface-level keywords, deeply understanding the specific frameworks, research history, and project impacts of our talent pool. By providing a frictionless, highly targeted search environment, we help founders and technical leaders instantly identify the right builders for their next breakthrough.
