Mark McPhee possesses extensive legal experience, beginning with an advocacy role at UBC Indigenous Community Legal Clinic, where over 20 files were managed, legal advice provided, and client representation at hearings conducted. As an articled student at McCullough Blazina Dieno Gustafson & Watt Trial Lawyers, Mark engaged in various aspects of litigation, including provincial court representation and legal research across multiple law areas.
