Matt Baugher

Matt Baugher is a seasoned publishing executive with extensive experience in leadership roles within the industry. Since 2007, Matt serves as Senior Vice President and Publisher at HarperCollins Publishers, overseeing HarperCollins Focus and its imprints, including Harper Select, Harper Horizon, and HarperCollins Leadership. Prior to this, Matt held the position of SVP Author and Partnership Development at Baugher & Co. from 1998 to 2007 and served as President of Erickson & Baugher, Inc. from 1994 to 2007. Earlier in their career, Matt was General Manager at The Anderson Group from 1991 to 1994.
