Patrick Leddin

Patrick Leddin, PhD, currently serves as a Senior Advisor for Culture and Leadership at FranklinCovey and as a co-author with James Patterson at Little, Brown and Company. Leddin also works as a professional speaker with ADL Speaker Management, LLC. Previously, Leddin held various positions at Vanderbilt University, including Director of the Practice of Business Studies and Associate Professor, teaching strategy, marketing, and negotiation. Prior experience includes roles at FranklinCovey as Associate Director of the Practice of Business Studies and Director of Strategic Partnerships & Senior Consultant, as well as co-founding Wedgewood Consulting Group, which achieved consistent revenue growth before its acquisition. Leddin's earlier career includes a tenure as a Senior Consultant at KPMG US and service as a Captain in the 82nd Airborne Division of the US Army, where extensive military training was completed. Leddin holds a PhD in Strategic Communication from the University of Kentucky.
