Robert Imfeld has a diverse work experience history, starting in 2010 as an Acquisitions Intern at University Press of Florida. Robert later worked as a Writer for The Florida Independent Alligator from 2009 to 2011. In 2011, they served as a Congressional Intern for the U.S. House of Representatives. In 2012, they were a Development Intern at Langley Park Pictures. From 2013 to 2013, they worked as an Accounts Payable Assistant at The Kella Stephenson Company. In 2014, they served as a Marketing Assistant at Hachette Book Group. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as a Brand Marketing Associate for Diary of a Wimpy Kid at Abrams. In 2016, they became an Author for Simon and Schuster and published two books. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as an Associate Marketing Manager at Penguin Random House. Currently, they hold the position of Marketing Director at HarperCollins Publishers, where they are responsible for leading the marketing strategy for the middle-grade category and spearheading marketing campaigns for various titles and brands. Robert is also involved in the upcoming launch of the graphic novel imprint, HarperAlley.
Robert Imfeld earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Journalism from the University of Florida. In 2011, they also obtained a Certificate in Publishing from New York University.
