Ross Taylor is an experienced professional with a diverse background in finance and publishing. They began their career as an Independent Financial Advisor at Best Deal Insurance from 2006 to 2009, during which they excelled in the Buy to Let market. Subsequently, Ross served as the Commercial Director at Igloo from 2009 to 2016, overseeing a £35 million company. After a series of leadership roles, including Director of Laughing Lobster, Ross became the Publishing Director of Miles Kelly at HarperCollins Publishers in 2021, where they lead the strategic and commercial success of the children’s publishing imprint. Ross holds a BSc Hons in Environmental Science from the University of Dundee and has also studied Finance in Publishing.
