Salma Repa

Salma Repa is a founder, executive and performance coach, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) specialist, currently leading initiatives at Night Time Industries Association. Salma has previously held roles such as Development Officer at Tate and People Manager at Boiler Room, where they managed HR operations across multiple locations. They also functioned as HR and Talent Manager at Plentific and have extensive education, including a Master of Science in Organizational Psychology from Birkbeck, University of London, and ongoing studies in Human Resource Practice and Coaching. Salma continues to lead growth and engagement in their various roles while advocating for inclusive practices.
