Simon Strong is an experienced professional in commercial services and merchandise planning, currently serving as the Head of Commercial Services at HarperCollins Publishers since September 2019. In this role, Simon manages relationships between Harper Entertainment Distribution Services and its clients, develops customer strategies, and oversees Customer Service & Credit Control teams. Prior to this, Simon held positions at Boardriders as Planning & Category Manager ANZ Retail and at Billabong Group as Merchandise Planning Manager, among other roles in the retail sector, including significant experience in eCommerce and inventory control. Simon holds a Bachelor of Economics and Social Sciences from the University of Sydney.
